Q: Where is your store based from?
A: We are based in Tangerang, Indonesia.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?

Q: How long does it take for my item to be shipped after I checked out?
A: Most of our items are PREORDER items, meaning that they might take time for the producing process, please check the description of each item to know how long they might take. After the producing process is finished, we will immediately process your order for the shipment.
Q: I have a problem with the item I received, can I get a refund or a replacement for my item?
A: We only accept complaints if your items are damaged before usage, so please record a video of you doing an unpacking of the package and we will try to find the resolution for you. If there are no video proof, we cannot accept any complaint for your items. Please contact us through our email for a further help email@example.com
Q: It seems that your shop doesn't have the option to ship to my country, is there any way that I can still purchase your items?
A: The main reason that we cannot ship to your country yet is very likely because the logistics we are working with do not open for shipping to your area, but please ask us if there are any way that we can help you to purchase our items.
Q: Does the shipping fee already included for tax & customs?
A: No, the shipping fee shown at your end is only for the shipping cost. The tax and customs will be paid by receiver after the package arrived in the receiver's country. Please find out about the tax and custom rules based in your area, we do not accept dispute or cancellations for this matter.
Q: The items are informed as PREORDER, but why are some of them already listed as SOLD OUT?
A: For PREORDER products, we will still limit the quantity so we won't overload the orders and can work on the items with the given estimated time from our manufactures. Please follow us on our social media accounts to get updates for the restocks and another PREORDER informations.
